TopDoes my ticket price include handling fees?

A nominal service charge of $1.75 is included on all tickets purchased. There are additional fees for on-line sales.

TopWhere do I park? How much does parking cost?

There is a parking structure on either side of the Playhouse. Parking is free.

TopWhat happens if I'm late to a show?

To cause the least amount of disruption to the performance and to other patrons, if you arrive late you'll be seated at the discretion of the house manager. You might not be seated in your assigned seats until intermission. Until you are seated, you may watch the performance on the monitor located in the lobby.

TopIs the theatre accessible to persons with disabilities?

Yes, the Lewis Family Playhouse is fully accessible to persons with disabilities. If you require wheelchair-accessible seating, please contact the Box Office at 909.477.2752. For more information on accessibility, click here.

TopMay I bring my children to the theatre?

The mission of the Lewis Family Playhouse is to provide high quality theatrical experiences for children and families and audiences of all ages. We offer a Family Series specifically to introduce children to the arts, and Theatre for Young Audiences productions to introduce and educate children in the theatrical arts. However, we offer a wide range of programming, and the age-appropriateness varies. All persons are required to have a ticket and in general, babes in arms are not permitted in the theatre.

Many of the Lewis Family Playhouse performances are not appropriate for very young children. If you have questions about the age-appropriateness of any show, please call the Box Office at 909.477.2752.

TopWhat's your policy on cameras, pagers and cell phones in the theatre?

Cameras are not permitted in the theatre.

The ringing of a cell phone or beeper can be quite distracting for both the audience and the performers. If you bring a cell phone or beeper into the theatre, please turn it off before the performance begins. If you must use your cell phone at intermission, please remember to turn it off before re-entering the theatre.

TopDo all shows have an intermission?

Most shows at the Lewis Family Playhouse have a 15-minute intermission. On rare occasions, however, a show may be performed without intermission. Intermission information is also listed in the Playbill.

MainStreet Theatre Company productions are always performed without an intermission.

TopWhat is the dress code at the Playhouse?

At a Lewis Family Playhouse performance, you'll see all sorts of dress - from elegant cocktail attire to business casual to jeans. The rule of thumb is, wear what makes you feel most comfortable.

TopHow can I be contacted in case of emergency?

To contact patrons or theatre staff during performances, please call 909.477.2775. Be sure to leave your seating section, seat numbers and the above phone number with the person who may need to contact you. Should an emergency arise, our Front of House staff will contact you at your seat.
